To help us answer quickly, please include:
- your order number (it starts with TD-) if your message is about an order;
- the name of the design or a link to the product if you have a question about it;
- photos of the item and its label if something is wrong with it.
Order help
- Where's my order? Your tracking appears on your order page as soon as it ships. See our Shipping policy for delivery times.
- Wrong address or need to cancel? Email us within 1 hour of ordering.
- Something's wrong with my item? We replace or refund damaged, defective and wrong items. See Returns & refunds.
Custom requests
Want a design on another color, a different product, a back print, a name added, or matching shirts for a group or an event? Message us with what you have in mind. Custom requests are welcome, and we'll tell you what's possible and the price before you order.
Bulk and group orders
Ordering for a team, a school, a family reunion or a fundraiser? Email us with the design, quantities and sizes and we'll get back to you.
