Where we ship

We currently ship to: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Switzerland.

If your country isn't listed, contact us at our contact email before ordering and we'll check whether we can deliver there. We can't ship to countries under trade restrictions.

Processing time

Every item is printed on demand after you order. We don't keep stock: your shirt or sweatshirt is printed, checked, packed and handed to the carrier in 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders are printed and shipped by our print-on-demand production partners. Processing time is not included in the delivery estimates below.

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Peak seasons (Black Friday to New Year, Mother's Day, back to school), weather, carrier delays and customs checks can add a few days. Each product page also shows an estimated delivery date before you order.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your country and the items in your cart, and the full amount is shown before you pay. The first item is charged at the full rate and every extra item at the lower rate shown below (prices in US dollars).

When your cart has different products (for example a T-shirt and a sweatshirt), the highest first-item rate applies once and every other item is charged at its extra-item rate.

Shipping methods

Orders ship by standard tracked shipping with national postal services and couriers (such as USPS, UPS, DHL, Canada Post or Australia Post), chosen by our production partner for the destination. Express shipping isn't available at the moment.

Order confirmation and tracking

After payment you see an order confirmation page with your order number (it starts with TD-), and PayPal emails you a payment receipt. Keep the link to your order page: as soon as your order ships, its tracking number and carrier appear there.

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update after the label is created.

Multiple packages

Orders with several items may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages, sometimes on different days. Each package has its own tracking. You don't pay extra shipping for this.

PO boxes and military addresses

We can ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses in the United States. Delivery to these addresses can take longer than the times above.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders outside the United States, your country may charge import duties, VAT/GST or customs fees when the package arrives. These are set by your country, are not included in our prices or shipping, and are paid by the recipient. Packages refused because of these charges are not eligible for a refund.

Address changes and problems

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 1 hour of ordering and we'll fix it. After that, the order is in production and the address can't be changed.

Packages returned to the sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because they weren't collected, can be reshipped once the correct address is confirmed, at the customer's cost for the new shipping.

Lost, late or stolen packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or the package shows as delivered but you can't find it, contact us at our contact email with your order number. Before contacting us about a package marked delivered, please check around your home, with neighbors and building staff, and with your local post office.

We'll open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll reship your order or refund it in full, including shipping. Please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. See our Returns & refunds policy.
