This policy explains how TeeDesigns Creative ("we", "us"), operating TeeDesigns Creative, collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit this site, sign up for our newsletter or buy from us. If you have any question about it, email our contact email.

Information we collect
Order details: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (if you give one) and the items you buy.
Payment: payments are handled by PayPal. We receive your name, email, the shipping address and a transaction ID, but never your card number or PayPal login.
Newsletter: your email address and the date you signed up, if you join our newsletter.
Messages: what you send us by email, including photos.
Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested), kept for security and to fix errors.
We don't ask for or collect sensitive information such as health data, and you don't need an account to shop.
How we use it
To make, ship and support your order, including showing your tracking.
To answer your questions and handle replacements, refunds and disputes.
To send our newsletter, only if you signed up for it.
To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Newsletter
If you sign up on our home page, we use your email address only to send you new designs, sales and shop news, usually no more than a few times a month. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email our contact email to be removed. We may use an email service provider to send the newsletter; it only receives your email address for that purpose.
Who we share it with
Print and fulfillment partners (Printify and its print providers): your name, shipping address and contact details, to print and ship your order.
Shipping carriers, to deliver your package and provide tracking.
Our hosting provider, which stores the site and order records on secured servers.
Authorities, only when the law requires it.
These partners may only use your information to provide their service to us.
International transfers
Our partners are located in different countries, including the United States and the European Union, and your order may be printed outside your country. When your information is transferred abroad, we rely on our partners' safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart and the checkout details you typed, on your device only. It isn't sent to us until you place an order. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. PayPal sets its own cookies during payment, to keep the payment secure.
If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future (for example to show our products on Google), we'll update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Orders: for as long as needed for the order, support and disputes, and then as long as tax and accounting laws require (usually up to 10 years).
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Emails: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
Server logs: a few weeks.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw your consent. Email our contact email; we answer within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity.
EU and UK: you have these rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
California and other US states: you have the right to know, delete and correct your information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing (we don't sell or share it). We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
Morocco: you have rights of access, correction and objection under Law 09-08, and can contact the CNDP.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), payment is handled entirely by PayPal, order data is stored on secured servers with restricted access, and we regularly back it up. No method of transfer or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13 (16 in the EU), and we don't knowingly collect their information. Products for babies and kids are sold to adults.
Changes
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the bottom shows the latest version. For significant changes, we'll show a notice on the site.
