These terms of service apply when you visit TeeDesigns Creative and when you place an order. The site is operated by TeeDesigns Creative ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them, together with our Shipping policy, Returns & refunds policy and Privacy policy.
You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it in bulk, place fraudulent orders, or use it for anything illegal.
Our products are printed on demand after you order. We describe and show them as accurately as we can, but colors on screen and of garment-dyed fabric can vary slightly, and mockup photos show how the design looks on the product rather than the exact item you'll receive. Size charts are in the product photos. Product availability can change without notice.
Prices are in US dollars and include the item; shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is made through PayPal (PayPal balance or debit/credit card) and is taken when you place the order. For orders outside the US, import duties and taxes may be charged by your country and are paid by the recipient.
We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
Sale prices show the original price crossed out and apply for the time stated or until the sale ends. Sales can't be applied to past orders and can't be combined unless we say so.
Your order is accepted when payment is completed and you see the order confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item can't be produced, if there's an obvious pricing or typing error, if we can't deliver to the address given, or if we suspect fraud.
Processing and delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping policy. Responsibility for the package passes to you on delivery. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control, but we'll help resolve lost packages as described in our policies.
Cancellations are possible within 1 hour of ordering. Damaged, defective and wrong items are replaced or refunded when reported within 30 days of delivery. Because items are made to order, returns for change of mind or wrong size aren't accepted. Full details are in Returns & refunds.
For custom requests, you confirm you have the right to use any text, name or image you send us, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights. We may refuse requests that are offensive, unlawful or infringe third-party rights. Custom items can only be refunded if they're damaged, defective or not made as agreed.
All designs, images, text and the look of this site belong to TeeDesigns Creative or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Buying a product gives you the item, not the right to copy, resell or reproduce the design. Comfort Colors® and other brand names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the garments we print on.
If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, email our contact email with the details and we'll review it promptly.
Payment is handled by PayPal and orders are produced by our print partners. Their own terms apply to their services. Links to other sites are for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.
The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruptions, natural disasters, strikes or outages at our partners. We'll keep you informed and offer a refund if your order can't be fulfilled.
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we'll try to resolve it quickly. You can also use PayPal's dispute resolution for your payment.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it. The date at the bottom shows the latest version. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect.
