The goose is clocking in with one mission: get that mean arterial pressure above 65. It is RN humor that only critical care staff fully understand, and it works just as well as a funny nurse tee for a 12-hour shift as it does for a day off. Give it for Nurse Week, a nursing school graduation, or any nurse appreciation moment.
