The good news is that the routine is working. The bad news is that you are still you. "Medicated but still aint right" is honest, relatable humor for anyone who has learned to laugh at their own chaos, softened with a little daisy charm. Wear it on a day when the joke feels better than the small talk, or give it to the best friend or sister who shares your dark sense of humor. Some people get it right away, and those are your people.

Big cream script spells out the slogan next to an orange pill bottle with a daisy growing out of it and two capsules spilling beside it. It is a funny meme shirt and sarcastic sweatshirt in one idea, a gentle mental health humor piece for anyone who embraces being a little undiagnosed and a lot honest. Good for errands, girls' night or a lazy Sunday.
